                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   GEORGE NEWELL NEAL AND MARY P. NEAL,
                   RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING
                   PROJECT, TRACT NO. 7, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE
                   DOLLARS ($5,545.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from George
       Newell Neal and Mary P. Neal, relative to the Gunbarrel Road
       Widening Project, Tract No. 7, for a consideration of $5,545.00.
